I called them on a Monday to arrange a weekend viewing properties. I called them back twice after my initial call to request viewings. Agent called back once which I had missed but never returned my call after I called back. I had assumed that since they weren't calling back that the properties were probably not for sale anymore since I never heard from them again. On the requested day for viewings, they left me several messages about the viewings and requested I call them urgently. It's really poor form to call me at the last minute to call them since I had given them a week to sort out the viewings and provide me details.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Be more organised and not assume everyone is a false buyer
