Within a week of Leighton's marketing our house we had accepted an offer. Pictures and marketing were excellent along with clever use of Facebook to generate interest. Michael was very flexible about when he could do viewings and built up an excellent relationship with potential buyers. Once we were under offer he did an excellent job of keeping on top of the chain to make sure things didn't drift. Thanks and good luck with the business in the future.
