Waiting a week for have a view for a property. Well interested. Request the application form. Received. Asked information in regards guarantor section. Call the agency to make sure if my mother, owner of a property out the country, can be my guarantor. Answer from agent : Probably It's fine or probably it's not. (In a rush way) just send me the form and we will let you know. Well, I sent the application form back. I have been told, yesterday, â by today you will receive our response. Today, I called them to ask an update as the application has been sent on Monday. Received an email as the following: Hi Beatrice, The landlady has now just come back to me and unfortunately she has decided to go with another party. She was just a little concerned that you didn't have a home owner guarantor in the UK. If anything changes though I will certainly let you know? Reagrds, Louise Gibson Well done. I was thinking everything should be sorted easily as you requesting help to an agency and as they know that you have to move in 10 days. Good service you're offering. I think you should be able to provide information when customers asking you. I will definitely no recommend this situation to anyone. Beatrice

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
