Don't advocate for buyers - extremely slow to respond to emails and with giving feedback. Clearly a local outfit. Watch out for EPC ratings on unlisted investment property they have for sale - it's illegal to rent it out below E rating. Do your homework - they won't be proactive or forthcoming!
