It is unusual to find such expertise nowadays as that exhibited by Linay and Shipp and supremely by Debbie Bowen in the selling of my deceased uncle's property, From the word 'go' Ms Bowen was attentive, encouraging, proactive, and intelligent. This was not a straightforward sale and it could have gone wrong at a number of turns. Just when i was on the verge of doing something hasty, Debbie was there with a steady hand and wise counsel. She was tireless in pursuing every thing I asked her to. Exceptional value for money too. I can recommend Linay and Shipp without resevation.

14 Oct 2019I am not sure what this agent does. I have called him for four properties advertised on its website for sale and with each of these the agent has either made a excuse that the property cannot be viewed or vendor has cancelled the sale or they are no longer acting as agents - all this while the properties continue to be advertised for sale on their website and elsewhere for more than 3 months. Untrustworthy if you are a buyer.
