We have been using NKL for around 4 years now and from the start their level of service has been exceptional. Riccardo is incredibly dynamic, very fast to act over any potential issues with the property and always proactive. Nicola and the team provide regular updates on the property and are thoroughly professional in all of their communications whether written or verbal, giving the impression that they really care about their clients. They have also been very diligent in assessing potential tenants to ensure expectations are met. Highly recommended.
