We sold an investment property through Lewes Estates, in truth I was intending to use an online agent but wanted a local opinion on price before committing to the other agent. However I was so impressed with what the agent had to say I chose to instruct them instead, and so glad I did! Friends of mine used the online company which I'm told was a disaster, so a lucky escape for me. Lewes Estates achieved the price they set out to achieve, I think I must of dealt with everyone there at one point or another and found the whole process very professional and effective.

Sadly this agent lives up to the stereotype of estate agencies. I don't want to go into the detail of our dealings with them but I would say they are unprofessional having been rude *speaking to me over the phone once.
