Very happy with service. The commission was very good value compared to other agents and they were professional, knowledgeable and generally easy to deal with. They marketed the property for a price quite a bit higher than I had thought we would get. Though they missed their target by £20 I was still very happy as this seemed like a very good rent (I had looked at other properties on the market to get an idea of rents before I instructed). Overall very well done â I recommend them!
