I have mould growing up my walls to which I called two months ago and I still haven't heard one word back to get it sorted. I also went a month without a washing machine as they never passed on that it wasn't working to get fixed. Disgrace

I gave this agent 3 flats to manage , never received a statement without having to ask for one. Do not do any inspections, rented one of my flats to company called MP Rendering for 2 persons and ended up with a illegal HMO, the company also stole every stick of furniture and fridge freezer ,... 16 Mar 2017100% rent was received for each property during the management period. With regards to the 'illegal HMO', 24.7 were not aware this was their intention and when was brought to our attention dealt with ...
