We are a professional letting agency based in Chingford, and specialise in full management of a Landlord's property to reduce the time, stress and difficultie

Our letting agency covers a large area of Southern Essex and London, including Chingford, Highams Park, Woodford, Wanstead, Walthamstow, Loughton, Chigwell, Buckhurst Hill, Waltham Abbey, Epping and more. We are based in an office in Chingford high street, which enables us to stay at the forefront of local area knowledge, without the expensive high street presence. Coupled with this, we also use specially designed, innovative software, which enables us to keep our running costs low, to give our Landlords & Tenant's the best possible deal. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and fair pricing policy.

Agents fees were VERY competitive and transparent from the start - no hidden extra\'s and in the end, I paid less than I thought I needed to, giving me a little bit of extra cash for the move itself. Again, very happy.
