My daughter and granddaughter have recently moved out of a property let by S&L and I now feel happy to leave my review. Floor to ceiling length sliding mirror wardrobe doors were a feature in the main bedroom and the very first time they were opened an entire door fell off. Despite numerous emails and requests to have this fixed, knowing this was completely unsafe with a small child in the property nothing was done. Telling a tenant to get their boyfriend to fix it really is not a solution. I would prefer not to get a reply from anyone at Sellors & Letters please, as it is completely pointless now, I just wanted to ask, would anyone want their small children to be left in danger like this. I doubt it, and this type of flagrant disregard for your customers and their safety is a disgrace. My daughter now has a fantastic landlord and I couldn't be happier. Good day.

13 Mar 2019I can't agree with you enough about this company, they are the worst agents I have ever dealt with. They have stolen our deposit after we left the house in excellent condition, they have ignored my husband's emails and phone calls as if he doesn't exist after he questioned them about making up faults that didn't exist.i actually can't believe they run a business. We are still trying to contact them but we are being completely ignored.
