I had always managed my rental property myself but with increasing laws and regulation being introduced into the private rented sector I decided to instruct an agent. I was not disappointed and wish I had done it sooner. I received expert advice and they talked me through all the requirements as a landlord (not that I needed to worry about them any longer). They advertised the property to a high standard, accompanied all the viewings and referenced each applicant thoroughly. I like the fact that they did not charge tenants extortionate fees to apply for the property. The tenants that are now in the property are perfect and I receive the rent every month without fail
