Rude over the phone, not very professional and only appear to want to answer questions that they want. This is before they even have your money so you can imagine the type of service you will receive once they do have it. Avoid, plenty of other agents you can use.

No way of knowing exactly how the fees are used as not displayed on website which is required by law. Did not respond when asked to clarify.
