-Mess about with people and waste buyers' time...lie. -GDPR: asks for bank statements but did not provide any guarantee that this information would be stored safely. Did not ask for my permission to be added to their database. -Sales manager was *, explaining to me what âa round number meant in Englishâ with a very patronising tone... AVOID at all costs!

7 Dec 2018I sympathise with your disappointment at not having your offer accepted by our client and feeling that you wasted your time. This was agreed at a significantly higher level with another purchaser and has now exchanged contracts. Good luck with your property search.

11 Dec 2018As pointed out, we have not been disappointed by the fact that our offer was rejected (although it was well above asking price), but by the approach/behaviour displayed by your agency. Just thought it would be right to reiterate the message for the record. We have since then found a property with another agency and exhanged contracts.
