All at Blackwells looked after me the three years I lived at the property I rented. Any repairs reported were dealt with and everyone extremely helpful and pleasant. Would recommend them as an agent.

At first, everything seemed to be great. Looking around the property was promising and the agency was very easy to deal with. Moving in was the first sign of trouble. What agent could do to change your mind?
The agency would need to do a LOT to change my mind. Blackwells needs to be more accountable for actions when they do something wrong. It\'s just a good job that the deposit scheme found in our favour otherwise we would have gone to court for a LOT more.
