The team at maceys were amazing, we had no idea what we were doing and they helped us every step of the way and we only brought a property from their vender. We haven't written any reviews for any of the people that we paid for our move and can only say that if you are selling with maceys, they will fight tooth and nail for you, they will do all the chasing and you can trust that they are doing everything in their power to get things done. On a personal note they were the most human of all the people we encounted on our house moving journey and we would like to thank Gill, Tina and Claire for their hard work and patience with our bad decisions in estate agents and solicitors. Xx

In 30+ years in the rental market, I have never found anybody more incompetent and bordering unlawful than Maceys. They will try and con you into making you pay rent for up to 11 (ELEVEN) months after you have left, no matter how much advance notice you give and how up to date you are with rent and ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
