Dishonest, unprofessional, rude, trades ilkegally. They knew tenancy was only 6 months although I asked they never told me. I paid my agency fees and then landlord told me only 6 months. Ben branch manger hasn't even had the courtesy to apologise for the terrible service, Toby has claimed he recorded our conversation on his personal phone and as a business have refused to refund my fees. Filed court action today and will pursue.. avoid this branch. I am a landlord and in 15 years have never witnessed such unprofessional people

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
