From initial contact with Lynne on our search for a new home, through to the phone call from Jo advising keys were ready to collect, the team in the Easingwold office were always professional and friendly. Mark accompanied us on our viewings and spent the good part of 2 days with us visiting properties. His knowledge of the properties and the area, we found invaluable. I accidentally telephoned him on a bank holiday Monday to advise on a decision we had made and although he was on a walking weekend away, Mark did not hesitate to take my call. Mark, Lynne and Jo went out of their way to go the extra mile and thanks to them, we have moved into our new home.
