This letting agent has reasonable staff, who are friendly and seem to be helpful but if any problems occur, then they don't sort them out to any great extent. They seem to have a problem with anti social tenants, but as long as the tenant is getting their rent paid, then they probably won't be evicted no matter what they do. If you're thinking about a property with this company, then be careful about any neighbours to your property, as if any anti social problems happen, then JJ Property Services probably won't deal with it, in any sort of effective way.

4 Jul 2022I've been here 3 yrs and it full of damp no repairs and the carpet is old fashioned and grubby they suppose 2 change them bye law every 3rs

All the girls in the office are friendly. I have applied for 4 properties over an 11 year period but didn't proceed on any of them. Every single time I got my money back, no issue. Would recommend them to anyone. It's a shame I have spoilt this option for myself with my ... Read Full Review

Avoid this letting agent at all costs Been with JJ for years in a run-down flat surrounded by neighbours on drugs, alcohol, violent and loud with regular visits from the police and ambulance services daily.
