As a landlord, Complete Solutions/Lettings have been my letting agents since 2013 and I have always been very impressed with their service. They have managed my property effectively with good tenants, no gaps and the rent has gone in without fail each month. They are without doubt a very professional organisation and are always very easy to deal with no matter who you speak to in the office. I hope to deal with them for as long as i have my property and can't thank them enough for the help and guidance they have provided over the past few years.

Fine when you are looking and handing over money, shocking when there is any issue. We had kitchen ceiling collapse during exam period. I have had the worst year with this letting agency. They were quick to take our money but very slow in paying back our deposits. What agent could do to change your mind?
Treated us as adults rather than as 'pesky students' been cooperative and acted as a team within their own company, so that there would be no communication breakdown. Respected our issues and offered us better solutions
