Just wanted to say a big thank you to Helen Marvell and Emma Cleaver for all their help with their negotiations with the tenant for dilapidation costs. I was able to come to an amicable agreement with the tenant without going through the process of arbitration through the tenant deposit scheme. This really assisted in getting the property back up to scratch quickly and a new tenant being placed into the property, saving me loss of rental income. James and Jovan also provided an excellent service in respect of the re letting of the property. Would like to thank everyone for their excellent service and would recommend Haart's services without any hesitation.
