I have let two properties in Ammanford through this company. In the case of the Betws property, two consecutive tenants left leaving the house in a horrendous state, requiring major clearing, restoring and and redecoration. Their reports said the house merely needed 'a good clean'. The second tenant had moved out 2 months previously and had not paid any rent. They didn't notice until I asked why I hadn't been paid. I lost two months rent on this. House checks were not carried out as per contract, hence the state of the properties was not picked up. The other house was not inspected for almost two years. There don't seem to be any systems or structures in place to ensure that all the necessary processes are carried out.
