Utterly useless from point of offer accepted through to completion. Overall sale took weeks longer than necessary as they had no grip at all on solicitors etc. Calls never returned,emails ignored, requests forgotten. Estate agents have a legal responsibility to be honest to both the seller and the buyer. Deliberately misleading a buyer or seller is not only a terrible service but it\'s actually a criminal offence as it is trying to deceive to gain money. I wouldn\'t have even cared about the fact that the company is disgracefully poor at customer service if they had at least adhered to the already flimsy regulations but they couldn\'t even do that.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
