I rent from Foxes at the moment and I normally deal with Stacey or Sam, both always help me when ever I call and nothing ever seems too much trouble for them, even when I locked myself out lol

Wouldn't recommend Foxes. Very slow when it comes to maintenance or repair issues. Our boiler was disabled for leaking carbon monoxide at levels that were so high the engineer said they'd cause death if breathed in.
