Do NOT use this company for renting a property - either as a landlord or as a tenant. The rental section is NOT part of the Lytham Estates whatever it looks like! They rented our house out to tenants without references and without a deposit (and then lied about it for 5 months). These tenants disappeared after 4 months having paid 3 months rent but leaving £1800 worth of damage/maintenance and without having paid any bills. Before we found out that the letting agent had lied to us about the first tenant's depost, they moved new tenants in, without agreeing them with us, and once again without references and without a deposit. DO NOT USE THESE THESE LETTING AGENTS. THEY ARE EITHER UNSCRUPULOUS OR ENTIRELY NEGLIGENT!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Just provided a decent service! He has consistently lied about deposits and rent and we believe is now being investigated by Trading Standards and the local Fraud department.

Under no circumstances use this company, no checks on tenants, no deposit, no periodic checks! What agent could do to change your mind?
