I am literally homeless with 2 kids and i have 5 days to find a rental. All of this because i wanted them to be clear about whether the flat was furnished. Unfurnished or part. When i insisted on getting a definitive answer they turned around and said...actaully the landlord thinks your gonna be a hassel so we cant give it to you....all of this is AFTER sending me an confirmation that my offer was accepted. Clearly these people sit in the middle between myself and the landlord. How and why the landlord would NOT want a tenant in willing to pay FULL asking price before it even.hits the market is beyond me...clearly they are relaying the wrong messages. They have zero ethics and a they are proof that customer service is non existent in there office. I am SHOCKED this company exsists.
