Julie is the only one worthy of a job and she has always been nice and helpful. The others are so awkward to deal with. We are buying a house through them so we are not The Clients i.e. the ones paying the fees. But we are still CUSTOMERS and spending rather a large amount of money and so our wishes should still count for something. But they have been obstructive during the whole process. They also slam the phone down every time you ring. One of the great tenets of customer service is that everyone is your customer, not just those paying for your services and Taylors would do well to remember this. If we are ever in a position to be selling a property in the future then I would go elsewhere.
