I recently had to sell my late father's house and looked to Gascoigne Pees to market it for me. Their branch is well appointed within the town centre and has an eye catching window where properties are displayed with large good quality pictures. The agent came round to take pictures and ensured that each room was shown at it's best, tweeking the layout to make the most of the room size etc. I particularly liked the language used in the description - they avoided using those clichéd phrases which always grate! They also produced a floor plan which was useful and gave the overall floor area - although this may well now be done by many agents. What particularly impressed me was the number of clients they were able to push through the door - 14 in the first 24 hours with a number of offers, well over the asking price made within days. They kept me informed of progress and crutially when the first buyer fell through they moved quickly to secure another. From start to finish the property was sold within 3 months and above the asking price. I'm guessing their fees are average for agents in the area but even if they weren't they were worth it for speed and ease of sale.

Natalie looked after my property for two years, during this time she was always on hand to sort out any problems and did so efficiently and effectively.
