Right from the outset Reality estate agents especially Christine were more than helpful, she showed us the property on her day off, just to help us, we had a train to catch at 12pm so she went out of her way to arrange the viewing for that morning at the last minute. We loved the property straight away and said we would have it. I am disabled and Christine fought for our case with the landlord and was in our corner throughout. We are now moving into the property and we are over the moon and it is all down to Christine, I would recommend her and Reality to anybody. Thank you for everything!

Lucy dealt with a time consuming sale ultimately driven by a number of solicitors in the chain. Her drive and energy as well as having the knowledge and ability to be firm with solicitors and help me with queries that came in was impressive to say the least.
