As a landlord I've dealt with most of the agents in Liverpool and this one is defo to be avoided. I was trying to buy a house through Roach estate agent and 5 weeks after my offer was acepted I'm still to get memo of sale. Constant phone calls chasing it and getting 'Will call you back in the afternoon ', that's only if they answer their phones Comunication is down to 0 as their never return calls or e-mails. Ending up cancelling the offer as it was complete waist of time dealing with this so called estate agent Best to be avoided
