This agency has been unprofessional from the beginning of my tenancy to the very end. The original contract was incorrect , they couldnt spell names correctly. Also dragged issuing the contract under the pretence the landlord 'did not know how contracts work' when in fact it turns out the landlady wanted a break-clause added to it. Why the lies? The flat was utterly dirty when keys were given to us, noone had checked the propery was suitable for renting prior to giving us the keys. This resulted in us being delayed from moving into the property. Additionally, straight after putting down the notice to terminate the agreement, the agents displayed the utmost rudeness and mismanagement of our time for viewings including : not turning up at all, turning up after their clients and demanding viewings within a few hours when there is a legal requirement for 24hr notice. Terrible experience. Avoid at all cost, they are unprofessional and provide nothing but hassle.
