We had a number of agents value our property - other agents were fine but Whittaker & Biggs stood out. Marcus Kirkham visited and valued the property. He wasn't over the top but was confident that his valuation was on the money and indeed he was correct. They arranged for professional photos to be taken - they looked great and the photographer was very professional but friendly. A sale was agreed quickly on our house which meant we were in a strong negotiating position on the house we've purchased. Marcus kept in touch regularly and was a pleasure to deal with. Whittaker & Biggs are a well established firm and have great high street presence but also marketed the property in the modern online way of today. I'm very happy and would highly recommend Whittaker & Biggs

Disappointed in the service I received from this agent. Whoever showed me around couldn't be bothered. Knew nothing about the property, couldn't be bothered to answer questions, just propped himself up against a wall. If you are a buyer, I'd advise to go elsewhere where you are... Read Full Review

We went in to the Leek branch to look at properties to rent and the two agents were useless. Upon entering they were gossiping between each other and did not help us at all.
