The agent was incredibly pushy and rude, she kept pestering my solicitors to the point where my solicitors had to charge me extra for all the emails she was getting from the agent. She was very patronising. I would never deal with these agents again.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They could be more professional and respectful in their approach.
