This estate agent cannot be trusted. I viewed a property and made an offer that was accepted. The day after the offer was accepted, Daniels estate agent reduced the price and did not update the relevant sites that the property is under offer. They were sent my mortgage offer. Just before the contracts were exchanged I was informed that they have had a higher offer from a cash buyer and there is nothing I can do. This is very bad practice as Daniel did nothing to update the sites to state under offer. The deliberately continue to advertise the property as available and actually dropped the price to generate more interest the day after my offer was accepted. DANIELS ESTATE AGENT CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
