On their website I quote ( The amount we offer is the amount you get) why then did they reduce their offer and then to cover this up told the TPO a lot of half truth about the rics which we never saw and had nothing in writing the TPO criticised them but would not find against this company I wonder why ? They also broke their on code of practice which Jonathan Rolande as a founder member napb set up which was not to disadvantage the old we are two oaps

30 Oct 2018This review is very unfair but I cannot go in to much detail due to customer confidentiality. We paid the agreed percentage, there was no pressure whatsoever to sell and in fact the owner took many months to decide during which time the market conditions changed. No Code of Practice was broken, this is a slur. The Property Ombudsman looked in to this twice and found absolutely no wrong doing. Our company is proud of it's reputation (we have hundreds of brilliant reviews). This review is false and misleading.
