Please do not rent with these ! If I could give it 0 stars I would, they was no help, we had one man who was supposed to be helping us named Tom and from the beginning it was a nightmare, not only was everything overpriced but we had our key box broke into and keys taken which wasn't solved by them for 3 months, our washing machine leaked to downstairs due to them previously putting the washing machine on top of a pipe and even though it was a fire hazard they never came out till a month later, we cleaned the flat top to bottom once we left and they still charged us for a professional cleaner to come in, all Tom was was arrogant and rude I beg anyone reading this do not rent with this estate agents !
