I usually do not expect too much from estate agents anyway, but Hoya Homes proved to be really terrible even by this low standard. Just to name a few issues: -Ignore tenant requests, do not carry out requested repair, and what is even more annoying, they just ignore the request, rather than saying plain no -Caused damage by improper maintenance and flooding belongings, and failing even to offer an apology -Wanted to charge more than agreed for cleaning -Charged very high, unjustified deductions from deposit, obviously just to profit from tenant's deposit -Poor communication skills -Arranged prospective tenant viewing without giving prior notice

To be honest, fair, and respectful of clients
