I told them initially that I am only interested in buying a house. Then also they tried showing me a flat first which I refused to see. Later they booked me for viewing a house and the flat without informing me that I will be viewing the flat... I viewed the house which I was not even booked in for with Tanice. She told me the price and said owner wants to sell the property as soon as possible & they know him personally so he will accept the offer. I made the offer and then the shop manager, Nigel told me the price I have been told for the property is not right and there negotiator Tanice never gave me this price in the first place. They started ignoring my calls, stopped responding to my emails. Today I had a meeting with them and they both denied that I was initially give the wrong price for the property. South Harrow branch is the worst to visit if you are looking to buy or sell your property. These people lie to their own customers. Complete waiste of time.. Beware Buyes & Sellers !!
