I contacted this agent to view a property they have for sale and asked them to email me to confirm the appointment and address, I received no email and no contact at all from the agent, yet the house is still listed for sale. How do they expect to sell property with this level of service?

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
