I can relate to the above review "unhappy", this is the worst service that I have come across when dealing with Estate Agents. It appears that once they have contracted with vendors and received their money they fail to provide the service that is expected of them . I am seriously considering taking my complaint to the Ombudsman. My advice is to stay clear of this company at any cost !!!!

Would have been ''good if they had provided what they promised. As this did not happen I would say their Fees were extremely poor value for money.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
