What a difference a year makes. Ross on wye with the loss of Mark Barber and Kate is in control of some very very poor staff. Having being promised a very comprehensive marketing program, I ended up re writing the main body of the introduction -which was poor at best. I provided images for the property and in the end prepared the set up of the Brochure. Communication was poor at best. Within two weeks, our property was 5th of the most viewed properties in the whole of Gloucesterhire between 500 and 750k. The SINGLE vist the was carried out was very very poor. Having relied on my previous experience with this company I am very disspaointed. I wil not go into a phone call that I had with staff today where I had to defend my right as a client and was accused of looking to pick holes in everything that had been carried out as the master is being referred to the Ombudsman. Mine is not the only poor experience from recent times - please make enquiries with professionals in the area who would deal with the sale process for their opinion.
