6 Jan 2010Dear Jaimi, I am the owner of Mantlestates and I find your unsubstantiated allegations insulting and slanderous. Just to reiterate neither myself nor my staff on any other person that I know directly or indirectly have had any dealings or connections with the aforementioned companies! What would help this matter, Jaimi, is that you reveal yourself and come forward and supply evidence for these allegations because I would like to know who these people and the company's involved. In fact, I have never heard of these companies that you mentioned them apart from my own company. However, should you be so minded as to continue with these allegations and not withdraw these unsubstantiated allegations on this website I would have no alternative but to forward this matter to my solicitor on the grounds of slander, defamatory comments and loss of reputation which as a consequence will lose me business! As I do not know who these people are and the allegations made at me I have no choice but to question your motives for such comments. These days it is so easy to go on these web sites nowadays for people to make '

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
