The team throughout have a bad 'not me' attitude, fail to deal with complaints and blackmail prospective tenants! Would not deal with as I am writing this as a former letting agent.

Leave tenants in a mess, handymen who fix one problem and cause another. Took 3 attempts to fix our radiator and toilet each time someone reassured us this was done.
