I contacted Tim Russ about the sale of my cottage, which, due to its condition, was a potentially difficult cottage to sell and one which I was selling at a distance. From the outset, Dominic Foley was superb providing a good hour of advice about the different approaches we might adopt but was careful to recommend a preferred approach. This was unlike other agents in the area who did not respond or try engage. That approach worked and within a short period he had generated a significant amount of interest. Having received several offers, he carefully summarised each having ascertained each buyer's position. Having accepted one of the offers, he monitored the progress at very regular intervals, keeping me appraised on a frequent basis including passing all other new offers received. Overall, I believed I received extremely professional and sterling service. I would not hesitate in whole-heartedly recommending Tim Russ and Dominic Foley in particular.
