I sold my father's house through Red Rose. I wanted to find a local estate agent not a chain, and I wanted a fair fixed price not a % fee. Red Rose came up trumps on both and in particular Wendy who handled most of the transaction. I felt I had fair advice as to market value and what needed to be done to market the property in as favourable a way as possible. Although we had interest the initial prices were too low so we took the house off the market, had the cracked walls repaired, did a basic redecoration throughout and re-marketed for a better price which I achieved full asking value. All in all very happy with Red Rose
