Stay clear of these agents, as the statement above says they are not worth the aggravation. Rubbish customer service and making accusations and lies, even though the property was left in a more than satisfactory state. You'll be fine if you are a landlord, however if you're a tenant you will be treated like dirt.

We have purchased and sold through Belvoir and both times the whole team were absolutely brilliant. They are dishonest, unprofessional, unreliable, please do not get in touch with them. I had to leave my flat before the end of the tenancy, 2 months notice and they said that everything was fine until a new tenant moves in. In 2 months no one visits the flat, no one. I have been really pleased with the service provided. Friendly, polite and good regular contact throughout.
