Nice relaxed personal service, an oasis in desert of cut-throat agents in pointy shoes with more jargon than properties. Fees did not leave me feeling extorted and they are quick to respond to any complaint. Didn't realise how good I've had it with these guys until seen friends be sucked dry by the big agencies like foxtons.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
