I contacted several estate agents in Worthing when I had to sell my mother's property on her behalf. I was recommended to use Jacobs Steel and met Jo Chaterton who immediately empathised with my situation and gave an accurate valuation for a reasonably quick sale. She also offered sound advice. Within a week she had several prospective buyers lined up and within a month an offer had been accepted and the sale completed a few weeks later. I was very pleased with the outcome of the sale and Jo's professional service throughout in keeping me informed of the progress at every stage.
Having contacted other agents I found the fees very competitive
