I was booked to view a flat, I am not local so don't know the area. Was sent a text with the post code but the sat nav sent me somewhere else. I called straight away to inform I was running late (15 minutes, not hours!) and they wouldn't wait for me. They must be very busy indeed but no one told us we were squeezed in a tiny 30 minutes slot to view the property and I bet the seller is not super happy they don't seem to care to sell properties that much! They didn't even offer an alternative time or date, just said "sorry cannot wait that long". I am sure they are doing a good job but this is not the agency for me, very poor customer service

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
