One star is too much but i wanted to post to warn others NOT to use this company...Dire service...I was lied to many times throughout the horrendous experience...incurred well over a thousand pounds in additional costs due to there failings...Mr M refused to reimburse me and free up money's of mine he still holds almost 1 year on unless I signed a waiver promising not to warn others about his incompetence, and dreadful 'service'. I am currently forced to drag the company through the complaints commission in a bid to have them give me the remainder of my money they still have pocketed as well as recompense for all the added expense as well as the stress, upset and inconvenience I incurred unessaceraly due to them. AVOID AVOID AVOID
